1. Products & Customization
   We specialize in custom promotional products. Due to the nature of personalized items, all sales are final. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve design proofs before production. We are not liable for errors approved by the customer.
2. Pricing & Payment
   All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards and secure payments through SSL-encrypted gateways.
3. Production Time & Delivery
   Production times vary based on product and quantity. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events. MyPromoExpress is not liable for delays caused by third-party services.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
   Shipping is handled by third-party carriers. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and for any fees associated with incorrect deliveries.
5. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or does not match the approved design. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
   By submitting artwork, logos, or custom text, you confirm that you have the legal right to use such content. MyPromoExpress assumes no liability for trademark or copyright infringement by customer-provided materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
   Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the amount paid for the product or service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

   We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
